Terms and conditions in relation to social media competition ‘The Botanist Christmas giveaways’ are laid out below:

• Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in The New World Trading Company and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
  
  
• Competition entries and prize are open to guests over the age of 18 years old ONLY and appropriate proof of age may be required
  
  
• The 'prize' is defined as one of: 3 sharing cookie doughs, 2 box tickets for Cirque De Soleil Algeria at the Royal Albert Hall on 24th January 7:30pm, Hanging kebab for 3 people and a plus one excluding sharing kebab, Rekorderlig gift pack including 15x500ml Rekorderlig Spiced Plum, 15x500ml Rekorderlig Wild Berries, 4x Rekorderlig pint glasses, 2x Rekorderlig bottle openers, cocktail date for 2 people for 2 cocktails or mocktails only off the drinks menu, 2 tickets for a Bombay Sapphire Distillery tour, one £30 The Botanist gift card, 2 tickets to American Express Presents BTS Hyde Park in June/July 2024 subject to availability, a table for 4 at Botanist Bingo and a £50 voucher, a Ginstitute experience for and lunch for 4 at Portobello Road Distillery, 2 tickets for Barcelona vs Granada flights and accommodation not included and a 3 course meal for two at The Botanist.
  
  
• The series of giveaways will start on 1st December, 5pm and end on 13th December, 5pm and one prize will be given out per day.
  
  
• Entrants must follow the entry mechanics on each post: follow both The Botanist and any mentioned suppliers, tag the amount of people specified in the copy and repost to their Instagram story.
  
  
• The winner will be randomly selected daily at 5pm, announced via stories and contacted via Instagram DM from @thebotanistuk handle
  
  
• The prize is provided by The Botanist and suppliers who have the right to withdraw or change this without notice: Diageo, Molson Coors, Bacardi, Asahi Beer, Mangrove and Damm Beer
  
  
• The prize cannot be exchanged for anything else and prizes are subject to availability (including BTS Hyde Park tickets for June/July, acts for the festival TBC)
  
  
• Only the competition winner, is eligible to redeem the prize and photo ID may be requested to prove identity at any time
  
  
• The Botanist reserves the right to withdraw or change this competition and its prizes without notice
  
  
• There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable.
  
  
• The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
  
  
• The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
  
• The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
  
  
• We cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.
  
  
• We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request.
  
  
• The Botanist management’s decision is final in relation to all matters relating to this competition and its prizes
  
  
• Please drink responsibly and according to government guidelines for any prizes containing alcohol or prizes that can be used to purchase alcohol
  
  
• The Botanist reserves the right to change these T’s & C’s at any time and without notice
