Two botanists were exploring the upstairs rooms, opening old shutters, sunlight streaming in across dusty floorboards; it was the the perfect place to dream up a new cocktail. Whilst The Botanist thrived downstairs, a seed bloomed upstairs, maturing into a great wild rose. It spread across walls, through doorways and around windows, enveloping the entire room; to this day it's known as The Rose Rooms (or at least, that's what some say) where one can enjoy a beverage late in to the night...
